Volunteering options in Nepal

Teaching English to Nepali teachers

Right now, we’re looking for volunteers to join our short and long term volunteering options to teach English to teachers in Nepal. Volunteers need to be available from September to November (3 months) 2011 or in November (4/5 weeks) 2011.

We are also looking for volunteers to help build our new Community Centre

We require skilled engineers/tradespeople and unskilled people to come to Nepal from September - November 2011, for 3 months to help build our Community Centre in Simikot, Humla.
To experience the culture first hand, volunteers will have a unique opportunity to stay with a Nepali family and learn about family life, as well as local traditions and skills.
